White Sauce (Béchamel)

The classic béchamel white sauce recipe. A quick and simple sauce used in our breakfast casserole recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 stick of butter
  • 14 tablespoons flour
  • 8 cups milk

Recipe Instructions: 
Melt the stick of butter in a sauce pan. Stir in the flour until covered with butter and quickly pour in the milk. Stir often until thick.
