Breakfast Casserole

2 lbs. bulk sausage
6-8 hard boiled eggs (cubed or sliced)
2 cans of corn (drained)
sliced celery
diced onions
diced green peppers
white sauce
bread crumbs (optional)
shredded cheese (optional)

Brown sausage, celery, onions and green peppers. Add or omit any vegetables. Drain.

Pour into large casserole dish, add hard boiled eggs and corn. Stir well.

Pour white sauce over the sausage mixture. Mix well.

Top with bread crumbs and cheese.

Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.

Serve overĀ biscuits.
