Stuffed Shells

1 box Jumbo Shells
2 jars Spaghetti Sauce
1 container Ricotta Cheese
3 or 4 kinds of White Cheese
2 eggs
1-2 lbs. Hamburger
Green Pepper
Italian Seasoning

Cook meat, veggies and seasonings. Drain and cool. Add Ricotta, eggs and other cheeses. Stir and mix well. Cook shells to a firm stage, but not done. Drain and cool slightly.

Heat Sauce just to warm with some seasonings. In a large roaster pan, add enough sauce to cover bottom, to keep shells from sticking to the bottom. Stuff shells with cheese mixture, layer in bottom of roaster pan. Pour rest of sauce over top. Add extra cheese on top of sauce and shells.

Bake 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
