Ingredients:
1 cup lard
3 cups flour
1 egg
5 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Blend lard and flour in a bowl with a pastry blender.
Blend water, egg, vinegar and salt. Add to flour mixture and stir until well mixed.
Divide in half and roll out onto lightly floured surface.
Makes 2 crusts.
