Ingredients:
3¼ cup Flour
1 Egg
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1½ tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Butter
1 cup Sugar

Directions:
Sift together flour soda and salt. Set aside.

In a separate bowl combine butter, sugar, egg and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Beat in sour cream.

Add flour mixture gradually still beating with mixer until too hard to mix, then stir with spoon, then by hand. Chill the dough in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

With floured rolling pin, roll dough 1/4 inch thick and cut on floured surface.

Optional: Sprinkle with sugar.

Bake 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
