Chocolate No Bake Cookies

3½ cups Oatmeal
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 cups Sugar
1/3 cup Cocoa
1/4 cup Butter
1/2 cup Milk

Measure out oatmeal, peanut butter and vanilla in a bowl and set aside.

Measure out sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in a saucepan and bring to rolling boil for 1 minute.

Remove from stove and quickly stir in oatmeal mixture. Stir until well mixed.

Work fast while hot – drop spoonfuls onto wax paper or cookie sheets.

Let cool at room temperature (do not refrigerate).
