Bread Pudding

Ingredients:
1-2 loaves of bread
butter
cinnamon-sugar
5 eggs
6 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions:

Toast bread, butter, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.

Break into pieces filling a 9×13 inch greased cake pan.

In saucepan over medium-high heat, mix together the other ingredients.

Stir constantly until very warm, but not boiling.

Pour mixture over bread pieces.

Bake at 350 for 1 to 1½ hours. Test with toothpick.
